Cancellation Policy

The Lab Lab 1-to-1 Booking Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Using your package: All sessions included in a 1-to-1 package must be completed within one month of the first session, unless otherwise agreed with The Lab Lab. Unused sessions after this period may expire. Cancellations & rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as used and may not be refunded or rearranged. No-shows: If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be treated as used and will not normally be refunded or rearranged. Late arrivals: Sessions will finish at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late. Significant lateness may result in the session being treated as used. If we cancel: If The Lab Lab needs to cancel a session, we will rearrange it at no additional cost. If we are unable to provide the booked service or a suitable alternative, an appropriate refund will be provided. Travel: 1-to-1 training is available within 15 miles of LS14, unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us before booking if you're unsure whether your location is covered. Any additional travel arrangements or charges will be agreed in advance. Online bookings: If you purchase a service online or at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights, including a 14-day cancellation period where applicable. If you ask us to begin providing the service during this period, you may be required to pay for services already provided if you subsequently cancel.
